Position Title: Plant Project Coordinator
Location: Cameron, La
Pay Rate: $28.85/hr (+benefits)
Assignment Length: 9-month W2 Contract
Schedule: Mon-Fri (8am-5pm)

JOB OVERVIEW
Main job will be assisting PM and responsibilities may be added but to give an overview, here are the few details.
  • Tax invoicing:
    • Obtain parts list from finance, extract price from price list, calculate tax and issue tax only invoice.
    • Work with ITO to find out price for part which are not in published price list.
    • For Aero repair, work with CPM & ITO to segregate warranty lines, work with AAJV to find third party breakup, extract price and issue tax only invoice.
    • For third party repair, work with supplier to find break up, figure out prices and issue tax only invoice.
    • For HSC repair, work with HSC, extract part list, find prices and issue tax only invoice.
  • Receive subcontractor invoices for parts, repair, service in oracle.
  • Support creation of outages in system and work with site manager /services team for resources.
  • Work with CPM and site manager to confirm 2 years outage forecast in system.
  • Review all subcontractor invoices and send to CPM for approval.
  • Review site cost tracker with services team.
  • Provide support to CPM for outage reconciliation workflow.
  • Work with site personnel to make sure engine/site data is up to date.
  • Review SPIR list, consolidate with available spare and crated parts demand accordingly.
  • Keep track of POD for all engine repairs
